Taking the Plunge...

After nearly six months of hard work, and many weeks spent waiting for various customer service departments to respond to my emails, I’ve finally taken the fateful step and ordered my first (small) batch of books.

What with all the various cover conundrums I’ve had over the past months, it really is a small miracle that I’ve managed to get this far at all. While the cover is perhaps not 100% as I would have it, there came a point recently where I just had to make a decision and send my books to print.

Who was it that said a book is never finished, it’s ‘abandoned’?

Either way I’m just pleased to have something to show for all my efforts. While I have already set aside most of my initial order for interested parties and family members, there are still at the time of writing a few of my first batch still without a home. If you’d like a signed copy of my first ever print run, please get in touch.

Until next time,

MJR

Still to do

While the initial task of getting my first books sent to print is nearing an end at long last there are still numerous things yet to do:

  1. Update ISBN details
  2. Upate PLR
  3. Upload samples to website
  4. Research fulfilment options
  5. Update RGPublishing news and info
  6. Research Amazon Marketplace / Ebay sales route
  7. Form marketing plan
  8. Arrange sample reviews

The list goes on…
